In 1901 Census Lucy and second husband William Tapscott are living with her children William, Albert and Emmie in Llanwonno, Glamorganshire. William is a carpenter, Albert a baker and Emmie is a dressmaker. Albert Mortimer, a butcher, aged 56 born Gloucester is on the same census page. Was Albert her first husband's uncle?
